Hands-on practical training is only available as part of the Clinical Research Coordinator-3 package. While, a core component of the program is in-person training at clinical research sites, where students observe and participate in real study activities under supervision - this will not be available for students who only select and pay for the self-paced online modules or the Clinical Research Coordinator - Level 2 modules.
This is a 4-week online, self-paced clinical research coordinator training program that focuses on the fundamentals of performing clinical research. Topics that will be reviewed include, but are not limited to, the rationale of performing clinical trials, ethical dilemmas that can arise, GCP guidelines, and subject safety.
The program includes self-paced online modules released weekly over 4 weeks. In addition, student who select the Clinical Research Coordinator-2 training will then be contacted to schedule a 4-week in-person observership. This component involves shadowing clinical research coordinators and working through instructor led modules. These modules include basics of clinical research including, but not limited to, completing a delegation of authority form, source documents, and documenting adverse events. This allows students to build foundational knowledge and then learn how to apply it.
The clinical research coordinator level 2 course is available to all students and includes a 4 week online, self-paced clinical research coordinator training in the fundamentals of performing clinical research. In addition it includes a 4 week shadowing program at one of our affiliate clinical research sites. The Clinical Research Coordinator Level 3 training includes hand on exposure to active clinical trials (3, 6 or 9 months). At the same time our principal investigators can provide mentorship and career advice including CV review, mock interviews, and more advanced job readiness skills. Candidates for the Clinical Research Coordinator Level-3 course are selected based on a merit based application process. The cohort is limited to 12 students in order to maintain the high level training and invidualized attention for each candidate.

Online Program Refund Policy
Students may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase provided that less than 10% of the course content has been accessed. After 7 days, or after more than 10% of course content has been accessed, tuition is non-refundable.
Onsite Observership Refund Policy
Students may cancel their onsite observership and receive a refund of the onsite training portion if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before the scheduled observership start date.
Cancellations within 30 days of the scheduled observership are non-refundable but may be rescheduled one time within 12 months, subject to availability.
Onsite Hands-On Practicum Refund Policy
Students may cancel their onsite practicum and receive a refund of the onsite training portion if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before the scheduled practicum start date.
