Enrollment in any Clinical Research Academy program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
All educational materials, videos, presentations, graphics, quizzes, handouts, templates, and related content are the intellectual property of Clinical Research Academy and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, sold, recorded, or transmitted without prior written consent.
Access to course materials is granted solely to the enrolled student.
Students may not:

Represent CRA materials as their own work

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
Clinical Research Academy reserves the right to update course content, schedules, instructors, and program structures at any time.
Refund Policy
Ensuring customer satisfaction is a priority, which is why we offer a No Obligation, Free Account.
Online Program Refund Policy
Students may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase provided that less than 10% of the course content has been accessed. After 7 days, or after more than 10% of course content has been accessed, tuition is non-refundable.
Onsite Observership Refund Policy
Students may cancel their onsite observership and receive a refund of the onsite training portion if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before the scheduled observership start date.
Cancellations within 30 days of the scheduled observership are non-refundable but may be rescheduled one time within 12 months, subject to availability.
Onsite Hands-On Practicum Refund Policy
Students may cancel their onsite practicum and receive a refund of the onsite training portion if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before the scheduled practicum start date.
Cancellations within 30 days of the scheduled practicum date are non-refundable but may be rescheduled one time within 12 months, subject to availability.
Student Agreement
Students are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times.
Students agree to:

Participate honestly in coursework and assessments

Treat instructors, staff, and fellow students respectfully

Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information encountered during training

Comply with all program requirements

Follow all applicable policies and procedures
Any disruptive, abusive, fraudulent, dishonest, or unethical conduct may result in suspension or removal from a program.
Clinical Research Academy reserves the right to deny admission, suspend participation, or terminate enrollment when necessary to protect students, staff, educational integrity, or partner organizations.
Participation in observerships, onsite training programs, and experiential learning opportunities is subject to site availability, scheduling constraints, facility capacity, professional conduct requirements, instructor availability, and compliance with applicable site policies and procedures. Clinical Research Academy does not guarantee placement at a specific clinical research site, geographic location, date, or timeframe. Scheduling and participation opportunities may vary based on operational considerations and availability.
